NEW YOUNG FRIENDS CGHS Ltd., Plot No. 31, Sector-9, Rohini, Delhi-110085 (Known as FRIENDS APARTMENTS) was registered under the Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 1972, with Registration No. 263(GH), dated 06.12.1979. The society embarked on a project to construct residential flats for its members in the Union Territory of Delhi on a developed plot measuring 1.099 acres, situated within the municipal limits of Delhi city. The total estimated investment for the full implementation of the project was Approx. Rs. 115.61 lakh.

The society was initially formed by dedicated founding members, including Sh. Atul Gupta, Shri Ram Kumar Bansal, Dr. H.C. Gupta and Shri D.R. Jain etc.

Strategically located on the main road, the society presently faces the metro lane between East and West metro stations, offering excellent connectivity. The construction of 66 flats (Ground + 3 storeys) was completed on schedule in 1989, with allotment carried out in 1990, and occupancy finalized within the subsequent 2–3 years. Each flat features a carpet area of 70 sq. meters, comprising 2 BHK, a drawing room, and a dining area. The ground floor (stilt area) is exclusively reserved for parking.

The society is well-maintained and securely gated, providing dedicated parking for each resident while also accommodating additional free parking within the premises. No vehicles are parked outside. As of today, the society holds no legal issues.

Regular contributions from members ensure timely maintenance, and annual audits conducted by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies (RCS) enhance transparency, making “NEW YOUNG FRIENDS” CGHS Ltd. a special and exclusive residential community.
